Driving Directions:

Take the Long Island Expressway (Rte. 495) East to the very end (Exit 73). This will let you out onto Rte. 58 East (Old Country Road); you will see the Tanger Outlet Center on your right. Continue East through Riverhead (Rte. 58E becomes Rte. 25E). Travel east through several small towns to Mattituck. Travel completely through the town of Mattituck, passing by Mattituck High School on your left. After the USA gas station on your right, make the next left onto Elijah's Lane (you will see Car Quest Auto Parts on the corner of Elijah's Lane and Rte. 25). Go up (north) Elijah's Lane for ½ mile; there is a sign for The Plantage on the right. Come down the dirt road through the treeline to The Plantage. Please check in at the office!
